I combine the tradition of Kung Fu with the latest training methods in martial arts, strength, conditioning, and mobility. Every training session is designed to be unique—no mindless repetitions, no outdated methods.
You'll not only train your body but also engage with the culture, philosophy, and mental tools of martial arts.
Even though the training is online, you will get personalized feedback, video corrections, and a coach-student relationship.
With a PhD in Sports Psychology and a career in professional MMA fighting, I offer an exceptional blend of practical knowledge and academic depth.
My love for martial arts lasted for 25 years and counting and led me to move to Asia 10 years ago, earn multiple National titles and a World Champion title and allowed me to teach hundreds of people in Europe and Asia.

Video or audio feedback on your training, improvements, and corrections marked directly into your videos, and check-ins once per week.

How to Start
The online kung fu coaching is divided into different level Modules (see my Curriculum). The first Module includes 24 sessions. Each session can be finished within 40-90 minutes depending on how much time you spend on each task.
You can practice whenever you are free. The sessions are pre-recorded, and you will receive video and written instructions, together with other materials. A new batch will be sent out every Monday. If life gets in the way, you can always freeze your program. Our calls will be scheduled to fit your schedule.
Each week you will learn or practice kung fu techniques, such as different types of punches, and a form, and (the most favorite part) you will have specific and unique training methods, using apps, objects, or a resistance band. You will also get mobility routines, a strength and conditioning program, and a theory on all things kung fu.
